Web/Graphic Design Internship
We are looking for a summer college intern to gain some great experience with our Creative Services Marketing team during our Summer 2026 Internship Program! Our team serves several of our affiliates to include Burlington Capital Properties, a national property management company.
While there is rarely a “typical” day, projects for this internship would include designing, building, and editing websites, exposure to marketing campaigns, presentations, building brand awareness, and marketing pieces such as newsletters, event invites, posters, floorplans, etc. for the properties we manage. The primary focus for this intern will be working on and redesigning our internal “e-commerce” site .
We anticipate up to 40 hours per week for this position, in the summer months.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Current degree or pursuit of degree in related field (at least beginning Junior status preferred)
- Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great visual design solutions in both print and web
- Must have working knowledge of Wordpress and be able to demonstrate that knowledge and experience.
- Capable of working on a PC using Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Social media marketing experience
- Writing skills with a creative flair
- Desire to learn how to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Current GPA of 3.5 strongly encouraged, overall GPA minimum 3.25
